Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoMeet mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by NINETON PTE. LTD ("NoMeet", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

NoMeet provides AI-powered transcription, summarization, mind map generation, PDF analysis, and YouTube content processing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

NoMeet offers auto-renewable subscription plans (including Weekly and Annual plans) that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, NINETON PTE. LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or process unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• Use the Service for illegal surveillance or recording activities.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses automated artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software and branding, are owned by NINETON PTE. LTD or its licensors.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services and Calendar Integrations

A. Integration with Third-Party Platforms

The Service provides features that allow you to integrate and synchronize your NoMeet account with third-party services, specifically Google Calendar (provided by Google LLC) and Microsoft Calendar (provided by Microsoft Corporation). By electing to link your NoMeet account with these third-party platforms, you explicitly authorize NoMeet to access, retrieve, and process data from your third-party calendar accounts in order to provide the integrated functionalities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

B. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party calendar services through NoMeet is strictly subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third parties. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party agreements, including but not limited to the Google Terms of Service and the Microsoft Services Agreement. NoMeet is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your violation of such third-party terms.

C. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Services

NoMeet does not operate, control, or maintain Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that NoMeet shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for:

• The availability, uptime, accuracy, functionality, or reliability of third-party calendar services.
• Any data loss, corruption, sync errors, or service disruptions occurring within or caused by the third-party platforms.
• Any modifications, suspensions, restrictions, or terminations of APIs by Google or Microsoft, which may alter, limit, or entirely disable the calendar integration features within NoMeet.

D. Account Disconnection and Feature Termination

You may disconnect your Google or Microsoft Calendar from NoMeet at any time via the in-app settings or by revoking NoMeet's access through your Google or Microsoft account security dashboards. NoMeet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the calendar integration features at any time, with or without notice, due to technical maintenance, security considerations, or updates to third-party API policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NINETON PTE. LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NINETON PTE. LTD from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution (For US Users)

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
